Air Asia India is a Low Cost Airline part of the Air Asia group. They are headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka and have been in operation since 2013. Tata Sons holding which also has stakes in Vistara is the major shareholder with 83.67% of the airlines shares. As of 2021 AirAsia India was the 4th largest carrier in India, after IndiGo, SpiceJet and Air India, with a market share of 7.2% Air Asia India fly to 34 destinations and have a fleet of 20 Airbus A320 aircraft.
